A growing healthcare BPO had three shifts with frequent late-mark disputes and proxy-attendance suspicions on their existing fingerprint device.

Replaced fingerprint with two ZKTeco face devices (entry + back exit), connected to a cloud-based attendance platform with auto-shift detection, late-grace policy and WhatsApp alerts for first-day-absentees.
